Responsibilities
- Assist dentists during complex procedures using advanced digital imaging systems
- Perform chairside duties including instrument sterilization and patient preparation
- Manage digital patient records and scheduling via our HIPAA-compliant portal
- Deliver post-op care instructions and follow-up communications remotely
- Order and maintain clinical inventory with our automated inventory management system
- Train on new dental technologies through our virtual onboarding platform
- Collaborate with specialists using tele-dentistry coordination tools
Qualifications
- Active Dental Assistant certification or registered status in Texas
- 2+ years clinical experience with digital dentistry workflows
- Proficiency in Eaglesoft and Dental RIS systems
- Strong remote communication skills via video conferencing
- CPR/BLS certification with current renewal date
- Ability to work 3 days in-office, 2 days remote weekly
- Spanish fluency required for diverse patient population
- Experience with OSHA compliance and infection control protocols
