Responsibilities
- Prepare patients and treatment rooms for dental procedures
- Assist dentists during exams and complex treatments
- Sterilize instruments and maintain OSHA compliance
- Manage digital radiography and imaging systems
- Handle patient scheduling and insurance documentation
- Monitor inventory and order dental supplies
- Deliver post-procedure care instructions
Qualifications
- Current Texas Dental Assistant certification
- Minimum 2 years clinical experience
- Proficiency in digital radiography (Dexis, Schick)
- CPR/BLS certification required
- Experience with Eaglesoft practice management
- Exceptional chairside manner
- Strong attention to sterilization protocols
