Responsibilities
- Chairside assistance during general dentistry, orthodontics, and cosmetic procedures
- Take and develop dental radiographs (X-rays)
- Manage infection control protocols and sterilization procedures
- Perform patient education on oral hygiene techniques
- Assist with dental software and digital record keeping
- Prepare treatment rooms and instruments
- Manage inventory and supply ordering
Qualifications
- Accredited Dental Assistant program certificate or degree
- Massachusetts Dental Assistant license
- CPR/BLS certification
- Minimum 2 years clinical experience
- Proficiency with Eaglesoft practice management software
- Exceptional patient communication skills
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities
