Responsibilities
- Assist dentists during complex procedures using provided advanced equipment
- Prepare and sterilize dental instruments and operatory setups
- Take and develop dental X-rays with digital radiography systems
- Manage patient records using our modern practice management software
- Perform four-handed dentistry and chairside assistance
- Coordinate patient flow and ensure optimal clinic efficiency
- Administer infection control protocols with provided sterilization equipment
Qualifications
- Active RDA (Registered Dental Assistant) license in California
- CPR certification (BLS for Healthcare Providers)
- Minimum 2 years clinical experience in general dentistry
- Proficiency with digital radiography and practice management software
- Strong knowledge of OSHA and dental sterilization protocols
- Excellent communication and patient rapport skills
- Ability to work efficiently with provided equipment in fast-paced environment
