Responsibilities
- Accurately process prescription orders and verify medication details via our digital platform
- Provide exceptional telephonic and virtual patient consultations on medication usage
- Maintain precise electronic health records and inventory management systems
- Collaborate with pharmacists to ensure compliance with state and federal regulations
- Deliver outstanding customer service through secure virtual channels
- Assist in training new remote technicians on our digital workflows
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives for remote pharmacy services
Qualifications
- Active California Pharmacy Technician license (PTCB or ExCPT certified)
- Minimum 2 years of pharmacy technician experience in retail or hospital settings
- Proficiency with pharmacy management software (e.g., QS1, Omnicell)
- Exceptional communication skills with virtual patient interaction experience
- Strong attention to detail with proven accuracy in prescription processing
- Ability to work independently with reliable high-speed internet connection
- HIPAA compliance knowledge and commitment to patient data security
