Responsibilities
- Assist dentists during complex procedures using our state-of-the-art equipment
- Prepare treatment rooms, sterilize instruments, and maintain inventory of provided supplies
- Take precise dental radiographs using our digital imaging systems
- Manage patient education with our interactive digital tools
- Ensure strict OSHA compliance with our autoclave and sterilization equipment
- Coordinate seamless patient flow using our practice management software
Qualifications
- Accredited Dental Assistant certification or equivalent experience
- Current CPR/BLS certification
- Proficiency with digital radiography and dental software
- Strong knowledge of infection control protocols
- Exceptional chairside assistance skills
- Excellent communication and patient rapport abilities
