Responsibilities
- Prepare treatment rooms and sterilize dental instruments per OSHA standards
- Assist dentists during procedures using provided digital imaging systems and CAD/CAM technology
- Take and develop dental radiographs with digital sensors
- Manage patient records and scheduling through our advanced practice management software
- Provide chairside assistance and patient education
- Order and maintain dental supplies using our automated inventory system
Qualifications
- Dental Assistant diploma or certification required
- Current CPR/BLS certification
- Experience with digital radiography and practice management software
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and infection control expertise
- Valid Wisconsin Dental Assistant license
