Responsibilities
- Prepare patients and clinical areas for dental procedures
- Assist dentists during treatments including instrument handling and suction
- Take and develop dental X-rays using provided equipment
- Manage sterilization and infection control protocols
- Update patient records using our digital practice management software
- Provide post-op instructions and patient education
Qualifications
- Active Dental Assistant certification (DANB or RDA)
- Minimum 2 years clinical experience
- Proficiency with dental X-ray equipment and sterilization systems
- Strong knowledge of OSHA and dental safety protocols
- Excellent communication and patient rapport skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
