Responsibilities
- Assist dentists during procedures using advanced digital imaging and surgical equipment
- Prepare treatment rooms, sterilize instruments, and maintain optimal inventory levels
- Take accurate dental impressions and X-rays using cutting-edge digital technology
- Manage patient charts and documentation with our practice management software
- Provide chairside support and post-operative care instructions
- Ensure strict adherence to OSHA and HIPAA compliance protocols
Qualifications
- Current North Carolina Dental Assistant certification required
- Minimum 2 years clinical experience in a general dentistry setting
- Proficiency with digital radiography and practice management software
- Strong knowledge of infection control and sterilization procedures
- Excellent communication skills and patient rapport abilities
- Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Valid CPR certification
