Responsibilities
- Assist dentists during complex procedures using provided advanced equipment
- Perform sterilization and disinfection of instruments per OSHA standards
- Take dental radiographs with digital imaging systems provided
- Manage patient flow and prepare treatment areas with supplied materials
- Apply topical anesthetics and fluoride treatments as directed
- Maintain accurate digital patient records using our practice management software
- Provide chairside assistance during oral surgeries and restorative procedures
Qualifications
- Current Dental Assistant certification or Radiology license (WI)
- Minimum 2 years clinical experience in general dentistry
- Proficiency with digital radiography and practice management software
- Strong knowledge of infection control protocols
- CPR certification (BLS for Healthcare Providers)
- Excellent communication and patient rapport skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods with provided ergonomic support
- Commitment to continuing education with provided resources
