Responsibilities
- Assist dentists during complex procedures including restorative and surgical treatments
- Take and develop accurate dental radiographs (X-rays)
- Prepare patients for treatment and provide chairside support
- Sterilize instruments and maintain strict infection control protocols
- Manage patient records and scheduling systems efficiently
- Provide post-operative care instructions to patients
- Coordinate inventory and ordering of dental supplies
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Dental assisting certification or X-ray license preferred
- CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)
