Responsibilities
- Assist dentists during complex procedures including restorative and surgical treatments
- Prepare patients for treatment and ensure optimal comfort throughout visits
- Sterilize instruments and maintain strict infection control protocols
- Take dental impressions and process digital radiographs
- Manage patient records using our advanced dental software (Dentrix/Eaglesoft)
- Order inventory and manage stock levels for clinical supplies
- Coordinate with front desk staff to ensure seamless patient flow
Qualifications
- Current Dental Assistant certification in Washington State
- Minimum 2 years of clinical experience in a dental practice
- Proficiency in digital radiography and imaging techniques
- Knowledge of HIPAA compliance and patient privacy protocols
- Excellent communication skills and ability to put patients at ease
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to multitask efficiently in a high-volume practice
- CPR certification (BLS for Healthcare Providers)
