Responsibilities
- Assist dentists during procedures including exams, fillings, and extractions
- Prepare patients and treatment rooms for optimal workflow
- Sterilize instruments and maintain strict infection control protocols
- Take dental radiographs (X-rays) and assist with digital impressions
- Manage patient records using Eaglesoft software
- Provide post-operative instructions and patient education
- Order inventory and manage supply chain logistics
Qualifications
- CDA or RDA certification required
- Minimum 2 years clinical experience in general dentistry
- X-ray certification (California Board of Dentistry)
- Proficiency with Eaglesoft/Dentrix practice management software
- Current BLS/CPR certification
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Spanish bilingual preferred
