Responsibilities
- Assist dentists during complex procedures including restorative treatments and oral surgeries
- Manage patient flow and ensure optimal clinic efficiency
- Sterilize instruments and maintain OSHA compliance protocols
- Capture high-quality diagnostic X-rays and intraoral images
- Deliver exceptional patient education on oral hygiene practices
- Oversee inventory management and supply ordering
- Prepare treatment rooms and digital documentation systems
Qualifications
- Current California RDA license or DANB certification required
- Minimum 2 years clinical experience in general dentistry
- Proficiency in digital imaging (Schick, Dexis) practice management software
- CPR/BLS certification and HIPAA compliance knowledge
- Exceptional chairside manner and patient communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and infection control expertise
