Responsibilities
- Assist dentists during procedures including exams, fillings, and extractions
- Take and develop dental X-rays with precision and care
- Manage patient records using Eaglesoft software
- Sterilize instruments and maintain infection control protocols
- Prepare treatment rooms and ensure optimal workflow
- Provide chairside assistance and patient education
- Manage inventory and order dental supplies
Qualifications
- Current Dental Assistant certification (CDA or RDA) required
- Minimum 2 years clinical experience in general dentistry
- Colorado state radiology license
- Proficiency with Eaglesoft/Dentrix software
- Strong knowledge of OSHA and HIPAA compliance
- Excellent communication and multitasking skills
- CPR certification
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
