Responsibilities
- Chairside assistance during general dentistry, orthodontic, and cosmetic procedures
- Sterilization and maintenance of dental instruments and equipment
- Patient education on oral hygiene and post-treatment care
- Digital radiography and intraoral imaging processing
- Inventory management and ordering of dental supplies
- Electronic health record documentation and chart maintenance
- Clinical coordination for multi-procedure treatments
Qualifications
- Active Dental Assistant certification (DANB or RDA preferred)
- Minimum 2 years clinical dental assisting experience
- Proficiency in digital radiography and practice management software
- CPR/BLS certification (current)
- Strong knowledge of OSHA and infection control protocols
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environment
