Responsibilities
- Chairside assistance during complex dental procedures including endodontics and restorative work
- Manage digital imaging systems and maintain accurate patient records
- Sterilize instruments and ensure OSHA compliance protocols
- Administer local anesthesia and nitrous oxide monitoring
- Oversee inventory management and supply ordering
- Train new assistants on practice-specific workflows
Qualifications
- Current California RDA license or DA certification
- Minimum 2 years of chairside experience
- Proficiency in Eaglesoft and Dexis software
- CPR/BLS certification
- Strong knowledge of infection control standards
- Exceptional communication skills with diverse patient populations
- Ability to manage multiple procedures simultaneously
