Responsibilities
- Assist the dentist chairside during examinations and procedures with precision and efficiency.
- Prepare treatment rooms, ensuring all instruments and materials are sterilized and organized.
- Perform intraoral X-rays (digital) and develop images as needed.
- Take accurate impressions and pour models for crowns and aligners.
- Greet patients warmly, manage patient flow, and provide pre- and post-operative care instructions.
- Maintain strict infection control protocols and sterilization standards.
- Process dental insurance claims and handle front desk administrative tasks as required.
Qualifications
- Certified Dental Assistant (CDA) or Licensure in the State of Oklahoma required.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of clinical experience preferred.
- Proficiency in dental software (e.g., Dentrix, Eaglesoft) is a plus.
- CPR and BLS certification (American Red Cross or American Heart Association).
- Excellent communication skills and a professional demeanor.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
