Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional patient care in diverse medical settings, including Med-Surg, Telemetry, and ICU environments.
- Perform accurate patient assessments and develop tailored care plans to meet individual needs.
- Administer medications and treatments in strict accordance with hospital protocols and physician orders.
- Maintain detailed and up-to-date patient medical records and documentation.
- Collaborate effectively with physicians, nurses, and therapists to ensure seamless patient continuity.
- Adapt quickly to new facilities and workflows, demonstrating flexibility and resilience.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and patient education programs.
Qualifications
- Active, unencumbered RN License in the state of Tennessee.
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of recent clinical experience in a hospital setting.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in high-pressure environments.
- Willingness to travel and work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Proficiency with Electronic Health Records (EHR) systems.
