Responsibilities
- Prepare patients for dental procedures and assist dentists during treatments
- Take and develop dental X-rays with precision
- Manage sterilization protocols and infection control standards
- Perform administrative tasks including scheduling and patient records
- Assist in inventory management of dental supplies
- Provide patient education on post-treatment care
Qualifications
- Dental Assistant certification or equivalent experience
- Current CPR/BLS certification
- Experience with digital imaging software (e.g., Dexis)
- Strong knowledge of OSHA and HIPAA compliance
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask efficiently in a clinical setting
