Responsibilities
- Assist dentists during procedures by preparing instruments and materials
- Take and develop dental X-rays following safety protocols
- Perform sterilization and infection control for dental equipment
- Manage patient scheduling and maintain treatment records
- Provide chairside support during examinations and treatments
- Educate patients on oral hygiene practices
- Prepare exam rooms and ensure optimal workflow efficiency
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- No prior dental experience necessary – we train!
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods and handle small instruments
- Attention to detail and commitment to patient safety
- Valid CPR certification (will be provided if not held)
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening
