Responsibilities
- Assist dentists during procedures including exams, fillings, and extractions
- Prepare treatment rooms and sterilize instruments following OSHA protocols
- Take dental X-rays and develop radiographs
- Manage patient charts and digital records accurately
- Provide chairside support and comfort measures to anxious patients
- Order supplies and maintain inventory control
- Perform lab tasks like pouring models and fabricating temporary crowns
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods and handle small instruments
- Attention to detail and commitment to patient safety
- Willingness to complete our paid training program
- Basic computer proficiency for digital charting
