Responsibilities
- Assist dentists during procedures including sterilization and instrument preparation
- Take and develop dental X-rays with proper safety protocols
- Manage patient scheduling and maintain digital records
- Prepare treatment rooms and ensure optimal infection control
- Provide post-procedure care instructions to patients
- Order and inventory dental supplies and materials
- Assist with front desk duties including billing and insurance verification
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- No prior dental experience required – we train!
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods and handle small instruments
- Basic computer proficiency for digital record management
- Valid CPR certification (will be provided if needed)
- Must pass background check and drug screening
- Positive attitude and eagerness to learn dental procedures
