Responsibilities
- Assist dentists during examinations and procedures using 4-handed dentistry techniques
- Prepare and maintain sterile instruments and treatment rooms according to OSHA standards
- Take and develop dental radiographs with digital imaging systems
- Manage patient records and schedule coordination using Eaglesoft software
- Perform infection control protocols and equipment sterilization
- Provide post-procedure instructions and compassionate patient education
- Order dental supplies and manage inventory control
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced clinical environment
- Willingness to complete our paid 8-week training program
- Basic computer literacy and willingness to learn dental software
- Valid CPR certification (will be provided if needed)
- Reliable transportation to our Santa Ana location
