Responsibilities
- Assist the dentist during examinations and procedures with precision and confidence.
- Prepare treatment rooms by arranging instruments, equipment, and materials.
- Perform vital sign monitoring and patient intake procedures.
- Ensure strict sterilization and infection control protocols are followed at all times.
- Take and develop dental radiographs (X-rays) as directed by the dentist.
- Manage patient records, including updating charts and confirming appointments.
- Provide post-operative instructions and comfort to patients.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED is required.
- No prior dental experience is necessary; we provide full training.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 20 lbs.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Basic computer literacy.
- CPR certification is a plus but not mandatory for hire.
