Responsibilities
- Assist the dentist during examinations and various dental procedures.
- Prepare and sterilize dental instruments and equipment to ensure a safe environment.
- Greet patients warmly and ensure their comfort and privacy in the treatment room.
- Take and develop dental X-rays (X-ray certification preferred but training available).
- Take patient impressions and maintain accurate dental records.
- Assist with inventory management and supply ordering.
- Educate patients on post-operative care and oral hygiene.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is required.
- Must be willing to learn and complete on-the-job training.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work well in a team environment.
- Attention to detail and a compassionate demeanor.
- Must be available to work flexible hours, including some Saturdays.
