Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive telephone and online triage assessments for patients.
- Evaluate symptoms, provide medical advice, and recommend appropriate treatment plans.
- Document patient interactions accurately and securely within the Electronic Health Record (EHR).
- Collaborate with physicians and care managers to ensure continuity of care.
- Manage patient queues efficiently and prioritize critical cases.
Qualifications
- Active and unencumbered Registered Nurse (RN) license in Arizona.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in triage or clinical nursing.
- Current BLS and ACLS certifications required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in using EMR/EHR systems.
