Responsibilities
- Assist dentists and hygienists chairside during examinations and procedures.
- Prepare treatment rooms, sterilize instruments, and maintain a clean clinic environment.
- Take and develop dental X-rays (D4) and perform intraoral camera examinations.
- Educate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques and post-operative care.
- Manage patient records, update charts, and assist with scheduling.
Qualifications
- Current DANB Certified Dental Assistant (CDA) or equivalent state certification.
- CPR and First Aid certification (BLS) required.
- 1+ years of clinical experience in a dental office preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a patient-first approach.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume setting.
