We are currently seeking a motivated Dental Assistant to join our dynamic team. Whether you are an experienced professional looking for a new challenge or a career changer looking to enter the healthcare industry, we offer a comprehensive Paid Training Program to get you certified and working in as little as 8 weeks.
As a key member of our clinical team, you will work alongside our expert dentists to ensure every patient receives the highest standard of care in a comfortable environment.
Responsibilities
- Prepare treatment rooms and sterilize instruments before patient procedures.
- Assist the dentist chair-side during examinations, cleanings, and restorative procedures.
- Take and develop dental X-rays and impressions accurately.
- Maintain strict adherence to infection control and OSHA safety protocols.
- Greet patients warmly, update medical histories, and provide post-operative instructions.
- Manage dental supply inventory and assist with front desk administrative tasks as needed.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Willingness to participate in our paid training program and obtain DANB certifications.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a focus on patient comfort.
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced, high-energy clinical environment.
- Attention to detail and a professional, caring demeanor.
- Valid Driver's License (required for occasional team meetings).
