Responsibilities
- Assist dentists during complex procedures including restorative treatments and oral surgeries
- Prepare and sterilize dental instruments while maintaining OSHA compliance
- Manage digital patient records and scheduling via our cloud-based systems
- Perform intraoral imaging and radiographic diagnostics remotely with guidance
- Coordinate patient education and post-operative care instructions
- Oversee inventory management and supply ordering for clinical operations
Qualifications
- Current Hawaii Dental Assistant certification or DANB certification
- Minimum 2 years clinical dental assisting experience
- Proficiency in Eaglesoft practice management software
- CPR/BLS certification and HIPAA compliance knowledge
- Ability to operate intraoral cameras and digital radiography systems
- Strong written communication skills for remote patient follow-ups
- Valid Hawaii state radiography permit
