Responsibilities
- Assist the dentist during procedures, ensuring patient comfort and safety.
- Perform chairside assisting duties, including preparing instruments and materials.
- Manage infection control protocols and sterilization procedures.
- Take and develop dental radiographs (X-rays).
- Explain treatment plans and post-operative care to patients.
- Manage patient records and update digital charts accurately.
Qualifications
- Certification as a Dental Assistant (RDA) or equivalent experience.
- Current Washington State Dental Assistant license.
- CPR and BLS certification (Basic Life Support).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and commitment to infection control standards.
