Responsibilities
- Assist dentists during complex procedures and treatments
- Take and develop diagnostic dental radiographs (X-rays)
- Perform sterilization and infection control protocols
- Manage patient records and digital charting systems
- Prepare treatment rooms and dental materials
- Deliver patient education on oral hygiene
- Coordinate appointment scheduling and patient flow
Qualifications
- Current Dental Assistant certification (DALEDA/CDA required)
- Tennessee radiology permit (or ability to obtain immediately)
- 2+ years clinical dental assisting experience
- Mastery of dental instruments and equipment
- Exceptional patient communication skills
- Experience with Eaglesoft/Dentrix software
- Ability to start within 24 hours of offer
