Responsibilities
- Prepare patients for procedures and assist dentists during treatments
- Take dental radiographs and maintain accurate patient records
- Sterilize instruments and maintain infection control protocols
- Manage inventory and order dental supplies
- Provide post-operative care instructions to patients
- Assist with front desk duties including scheduling and billing
- Ensure clinic cleanliness and adherence to OSHA standards
Qualifications
- CDA certification or RDA license (Washington State)
- Minimum 1 year dental assisting experience
- Proficiency in dental radiography and infection control
- Strong communication and patient care skills
- Ability to work in fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of dental software (Eaglesoft/Dentrix)
- Current BLS/CPR certification
- Positive attitude and team-player mentality
