Responsibilities
- Assist dentists during complex procedures including restorative and surgical treatments
- Prepare and sterilize instruments/equipment following OSHA protocols
- Take accurate dental radiographs and maintain digital records
- Manage patient flow, scheduling, and inventory control
- Deliver exceptional patient education and chairside support
- Oversee infection control protocols and HIPAA compliance
- Assist with digital imaging and practice management software
Qualifications
- Active California RDA license or DANB certification required
- Minimum 2 years clinical experience in general dentistry
- Expertise in radiography and infection control procedures
- CPR certification and BLS training
- Proficiency in Eaglesoft or DentalSoft software
- Exceptional communication and multitasking abilities
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Valid California driver's license and reliable transportation
