Responsibilities
- Prepare treatment rooms and sterilize dental instruments
- Assist dentists during procedures (four-handed dentistry)
- Take digital radiographs and impressions
- Manage patient scheduling and recall systems
- Inventory management and ordering supplies
- Deliver patient education on oral hygiene
- Maintain accurate patient records
Qualifications
- Current Dental Assistant certification in Wisconsin
- 2+ years clinical experience in general dentistry
- Proficiency in Eaglesoft/DEXIS software
- CPR/BLS certification (current)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work efficiently in fast-paced environment
- Detail-oriented with infection control expertise
