Responsibilities
- Assist the dentist during examinations and procedures with chairside assistance.
- Prepare treatment rooms, instruments, and materials for patient appointments.
- Take and develop dental X-rays (radiographs) and intraoral images.
- Instruct patients on proper oral hygiene and post-operative care instructions.
- Manage patient records, update charts, and handle insurance verification.
Qualifications
- Certified Dental Assistant (CDA) or Dental Assistant License required.
- Proficiency in dental software and computer systems.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated knowledge of sterilization and infection control protocols.
