Responsibilities
- Assist dentists during procedures, including instrument handling and suction control
- Take and develop dental X-rays with precision and care
- Prepare treatment rooms, sterilize equipment, and maintain inventory
- Provide patient education on post-treatment care and oral hygiene
- Manage digital charting and maintain accurate patient records
- Coordinate patient flow and ensure seamless office operations
- Assist with front desk duties when needed
Qualifications
- Current Dental Assistant certification or X-ray license
- 1+ years of clinical dental assisting experience
- Proficiency in dental software (e.g., Eaglesoft, Dentrix)
- CPR certification required
- Strong interpersonal skills and patient focus
