Responsibilities
- Assist dentists during procedures including instrument sterilization and patient preparation
- Take dental radiographs (X-rays) and maintain accurate patient records
- Manage infection control protocols and sterilize equipment
- Provide chairside support and ensure patient comfort throughout treatments
- Schedule appointments and handle front desk administrative tasks
- Education and training of new dental assistants as part of our mentorship program
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Strong interpersonal skills with a passion for patient care
- Ability to stand for extended periods and handle dental instruments
- Willingness to complete our 12-week paid training program
- Basic computer literacy for patient record management
- CPR certification (will be provided during training)
- Minnesota state dental assistant license (will be sponsored)
