Responsibilities
- Assist dentists during procedures including instrument preparation and patient monitoring
- Perform sterilization and maintain infection control protocols
- Take dental X-rays and develop radiographs under supervision
- Manage patient scheduling and chairside assistance
- Prepare treatment rooms and dental materials
- Document patient records accurately in digital systems
- Provide post-procedure care instructions to patients
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and commitment to safety standards
- Valid NJ dental radiography certification (training provided)
- Willingness to complete paid onboarding program (4 weeks)
