Responsibilities
- Assist patients with daily activities including bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Measure and record vital signs (blood pressure, temperature, pulse)
- Support patients with mobility and transfers using proper techniques
- Assist with meal preparation and feeding as needed
- Document patient observations and care activities accurately
- Collaborate with RNs and healthcare team to ensure patient safety
- Maintain clean and organized patient environments
Qualifications
- Active California CNA certification (or willingness to obtain within 30 days)
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Basic CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to read, write, and speak English fluently
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
- Compassionate approach to patient care
- Must pass background check and health screening
