Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate assistance with daily living activities (bathing, dressing, grooming)
- Monitor vital signs and document patient observations accurately
- Assist with mobility, transfers, and positioning using proper techniques
- Support meal preparation and feeding assistance as needed
- Maintain clean, sanitized patient environments and equipment
- Collaborate with nursing staff to implement care plans
- Respond promptly to patient call lights and emergencies
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- CNA certification preferred (training provided if unlicensed)
- Basic life support (BLS) certification within 30 days of hire
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
- Strong communication skills in English and Spanish (bilingual preferred)
- Pass background check and drug screening

- No prior healthcare experience required for entry-level roles
