Responsibilities
- Assist patients with daily living activities including bathing, dressing, and mobility
- Monitor vital signs and document patient observations accurately
- Support nursing staff with medical procedures and treatments
- Provide companionship and emotional support to patients and families
- Maintain clean, safe patient environments following infection control protocols
- Report changes in patient condition promptly to clinical team
- Adhere to all HIPAA and facility compliance standards
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Current Florida CNA certification or ability to obtain within 30 days
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification preferred
- Ability to work flexible shifts including evenings, nights, weekends
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
