Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate patient care assistance remotely via telehealth platforms
- Monitor and document vital signs and patient condition changes
- Assist with daily living activities including hygiene and mobility support

- Maintain strict confidentiality and HIPAA compliance standards
- Respond promptly to patient inquiries and emergency protocols
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Must obtain Maryland CNA certification within 90 days of hire
- Basic computer skills for telehealth platforms
- Strong communication and empathy skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including evenings/weekends
- Clean background check and drug screening required
- CPR certification preferred (training provided)
