Responsibilities
- Assist patients with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Monitor and record vital signs, such as blood pressure, temperature, and pulse rates.
- Provide mobility assistance, including transferring patients to beds and wheelchairs.
- Prepare and serve meals while adhering to dietary restrictions and special needs.
- Document patient care activities and changes in medical condition in electronic health records.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and the interdisciplinary healthcare team.
Qualifications
- Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification required (or willing to obtain through our sponsorship program).
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for extended periods.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
