Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate personal care assistance with bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Monitor vital signs and document patient observations accurately
- Assist with meal preparation and feeding as needed
- Support mobility through safe transfer techniques and ambulation
- Administer prescribed medications under supervision
- Maintain clean and sanitized patient environments

Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- Current Virginia CNA certification (or willingness to obtain within 60 days)
- Basic Life Support (BLS/CPR) certification preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
