Responsibilities
- Assist patients with daily activities including bathing, dressing, and mobility
- Monitor vital signs and report changes to nursing staff
- Provide companionship and emotional support to residents
- Maintain accurate patient care documentation
- Support infection control protocols and safety standards
- Assist with meal service and nutrition monitoring
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- No prior CNA experience necessary - we train!
- Current Oklahoma CNA license or commitment to obtain within 90 days
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (provided if not certified)
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Pass background check and drug screening
