Responsibilities
- Assist patients with daily activities including bathing, dressing, and mobility
- Take and record vital signs (blood pressure, temperature, pulse)
- Provide basic patient care under nursing supervision
- Transport patients safely within the facility
- Maintain clean and sanitized patient environments
- Document patient care accurately and confidentially
- Support patients with nutritional needs and meal assistance
- Report patient condition changes to nursing staff
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- No prior healthcare experience necessary
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening
- Basic computer skills for documentation
- Compassionate nature with strong communication skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
- Valid Nebraska driver's license (if transporting patients)
- Must complete our paid CNA training program
