Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate assistance with daily living activities including bathing, dressing, and mobility
- Monitor vital signs and report changes in residents' conditions to nursing staff
- Assist with meal service and ensure dietary needs are met
- Document care activities accurately and maintain resident confidentiality
- Participate in interdisciplinary care planning meetings
- Create meaningful social interactions through recreational activities
- Adhere to strict infection control protocols and safety standards
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Valid Arizona CNA certification (or willingness to obtain within 60 days of hire)
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (provided during training)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for extended periods
- Compassionate nature with genuine desire to help seniors
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail
- No prior healthcare experience required – we train dedicated beginners!
