Responsibilities
- Assist residents with daily activities including bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Monitor vital signs and report changes in residents' conditions to nursing staff
- Provide companionship and engage residents in social activities
- Assist with meal service and ensure dietary needs are met
- Maintain clean and safe resident environments
- Document care activities accurately and timely
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to deliver personalized care plans
Qualifications
- No prior CNA experience required – we train you!
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Current CPR certification or willingness to obtain
- Ability to pass background check and drug screen
- Compassionate nature with strong interpersonal skills
- Physical ability to lift, bend, and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy for documentation tasks
- NM CNA certification must be obtained within 90 days of hire
