Responsibilities
- Assist residents with daily living activities including bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Monitor vital signs and report changes to nursing staff
- Prepare and serve meals while accommodating dietary restrictions
- Document patient observations accurately in electronic health records
- Transport residents safely within the facility for activities or appointments
- Maintain clean and sanitized patient environments
- Provide companionship and emotional support to residents
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Valid Georgia CNA certification (or willingness to obtain through our training program)
- Basic computer literacy for documentation
- Ability to lift 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to pass background check and drug screening
